50 CentGet Rich Or Die Trying: On February 4, 2003, 50 dropped his debut studio album. At a time when he was dominating the mixtape scene and gaining a buzz with his “diss everyone” track, people wondered if an album can match his mixtape success. Em and Dre snatched him up with a 1 million dollar deal and he got rich. This album had the raw and gritty Fif with a hunger to dominate Hip Hop. He made a very smooth transition from the street mixtapes to an incredibly successful first studio album that surpassed all expectations.

Production on the album included: Dr. Dre, Mike Elizondo, Sha Money XL, Eminem, Mr. Porter, Red Spyda, Reef, and Rockwilder.

It featured guest appearances from Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, Tony Yayo, Eminem, and Nate Dogg.

This album was filled with bangers. It had a dynamic intro, “What Up Gangsta?”… a suspensful and dark track, “Many Men”…. street and hood life anthems, “High All the Time”, “Heat”, “If I Can’t…. insanely successful tracks, “In Da Club, “Wanksta”, “P.I.M.P”… a hateful diss track, “Back Down”…my favorite verses (BY FAR) came from a couple collab tracks with an out of his mind Eminem, “Patiently Waiting” and “Don’t Push Me”

“You Not Like Me”
