Last year on February 2nd rapper The Jacka of Mob Figaz was tragically gunned down while driving. One of his closest friends Philly emcee Freeway visited the site of his death, 94th and MacArthur, and shot the video to his single TOTC taken from his collabo project Freemix with Scholito.
