August 2013 was another great month in Hip Hop music…. it will also go down as the month of Kendrick Lamar vs. EVERYONE via the “Control” beat. It was fun for a while, then it went overboard. Nonetheless, I simply HAD to include a handful of my favorite “response” records ALONG with the BEST freebies artists gave their supporters this month.
